-Tailored to your Lifestyle: training will be tailored to your busy lifestyle, specific needs, and goals.
-Strengthening the Core : By emphasizing core stability, we build a foundation on hip and abdominal strength, which supports proper body movement and stabilizes the spine.
-Natural motion: techniques are based on principles of biomechanics that use the body’s natural motion, and this will slightly differ depending on each person’s natural range of motion.
-Multi-directional movement : while most traditional exercise machines work muscles in one singular plane, real life involves many planes. This functional fitness approach uses conditioning techniques that takes into account the ways you actually move in your daily lifestyle : front and back, up and down, twisting, diagonally, etc.
-Balance & coordination: multi-plane, multi-directional exercises challenge balance and coordination in a way that traditional resistance training doesn’t. This improves everyday-movement, body awareness, and reduce risk of injury.
-HIIT (high-intensity interval training): by doing high-intensity, low-impact exercises, we upgrade our calorie-burning system by building metabolism and shifting the hormonal balance. Research shows that hormonal change happens when we activate and engage all 4 types of muscle fibers, through increased intensity and resistance. When we do this, our bodies produce clog-clearing hormones, such as epinephrine, adrenaline, and growth hormone, all of which free up energy currently stored as body fat. This elevates your metabolism, improves your cardio-respiratory strength, and creates lean body mass.
- Single session: $85/session
- Packages are available for 2-month and 3-month periods at a discounted rate of $80/session.
Sessions are recommended 2-3 times per week.
I’m certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), by TRX in Suspension Training, and have a background as an athlete who trained under some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the U.S.
